Job Description
The Sales Representative must have proven success selling business to business, and will be responsible for the sales of Bragg Canna brands and products to licensed dispensaries, licensed processors and licensed cultivators throughout the state of Mississippi.


Requirements


  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the products
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Identify potential clients in the target market through cold calling
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients; explaining product, overcoming objections and negotiating price/contract terms with clients
  • Become a subject matter expert on our client’s business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
  • Plan and perform sales calls, appointments, and site visits
  • Responsible for wholesale sales to dispensaries and processors
  • Develop relationships with new customers to increase sales and distribution
  • Prospect for new business, setting and exceeding weekly sales goals
  • Create customer level forecast to ensure products are produced and delivered as requested by our customers
  • Report weekly and daily sales results, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, leads and potential for new products to Vice President as well as maintaining CRM to improve business relationships and grow the business
  • Travel required throughout state


Skills & Experience


  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check
  • Must have valid MS cannabis work permit
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience required


Education


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Cannabis Knowledge Preferable
