Volta Biotech is looking for sales representatives in the Grove area. We’re one of the biggest distillate processors in the state and started our retail products this year. We are hiring reliable, personable, outgoing people that are passionate about cannabis.
Compensation
5% commission on bulk sales (such as distillate) and 10% commission on dispensary sales.
Daily, weekly, and monthly goals with cash bonuses.
During the interview we go over how your goal is to sell 2000 units/month of our top selling 2G vaporizers for your commission to be $3,000/month and where were most likely to reach those numbers in your territory, and how you can increase your commission more by selling all of our other products. Products are at the bottom - youll love our packaging - some of the most appealing in Oklahoma.
YOUR SETUP
we spend $400 for your gas, transportation license, and business cards the first 4 months on the job to get you started
we give you a startup and sample kit to do popups in your area to promote our products
EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
We create a territory of 150-200 dispensaries within an hour drive of where you live. We expect you to visit, at a minimum, 4 dispensaries a day scheduled by our assistant in the zip codes of your preference. Were relying on you to generate sales from this area of the state - its your territory. Popups are something we want you to be great at and enjoy.

1 We have an assistant schedule a minimum of 4 appointments for you daily in the zip codes of your choice. We do a small daily bonus for completing this task. are you ok with this?
2 We have territories planned for between 150-200 dispensaries close to you and expect you to cover that area. We pay a limited amount for first 4 months for gas, so we want these dispensaries to be close to where you live. What cities/areas do you want to be part of your territory?
3 We want a reliable person that will put their heart into promoting our product in their area, that includes doing popups often in your area. What do you need to have a successful popup? What would you say is a successful popup?
4 We have a great lineup of products competitively priced. We want bigger volume sales. What dispensaries in your area would you go to for volume? Also, these store owners all want a deal. They want to negotiate. Were considering increasing prices and doing buy 2 get one free system like the most widely distributed product line in the state. This way we get make the money we want to make and they feel like theyre getting a deal. What do you think?
5 We are looking for more good farmer partners to bring us biomass for splits. in your area we want your help creating relationships with farmers. do you know of outdoor farms or collectives that need a good distillate processor partner?
