TGG Accounting is assisting a client who is sourcing a Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the sales and marketing team in innovating and implementing effective strategies to meet business goals and expand business opportunities for the organization. The role oversees daily monitoring of the company sales team and team member KPIs. Additionally producing game-changing methods to improve the performance of the company in the market.

Must Haves:

• Continually assess our marketing techniques and strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to creatively reach more potential customers.
• Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
• Establish sales territories and quotas, manage budgets, and evaluate sales performance.
• Manage and develop marketing programs and materials such as advertising and online promotions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales amd Marketing Management.
• Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
