Role Description

This is an on-site part-time role for a Sales Associate located in Nashville, TN. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling STRIDE Fitness memberships, and supporting daily operations within the studio. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing tours and demonstrations of STRIDE Fitness facilities and classes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Experience with ClubReady software a plus
