Job Description

Our client is a midsized converter of flexible materials and labels. We are looking for a Sales Manager to work from the facility in York PA.


This person will oversee an outside sales staff of 4-6 people selling custom labels and parts into a variety of markets which include pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic.


  • Experience in Sales Management
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of printing is a plus
  • Experience with converting is a plus
  • A four-year college degree is preferred
  • Willingness to live proximate to York PA
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Experience in the medical and/or pharmaceutical markets is preferred


Our client will provide a base of 120-130K or commensurate with experience, 30% bonus potential, car plan and full benefits.
