Responsibilities:

Front Desk

·Provide exceptional service for all our members and guests.

·Always go the extra mile in solving member issues, including billing, and session issues.

·Be early in arriving for all scheduled shifts and meetings.

·Ensure that members and guests have a great experience every time they are at the studio.

Sales

• Generate, nurture, and enroll new prospects.
• Min 1 year of previous sales experience required (fitness industry preferred).
• Develop community relationships with local business managers and owners.
• Manage sales leads professionally with proper follow up, and communication skills.

Skills Needed

• The ability to communicate with local business partners and prospective members.
• Strategic Planning and Ability to Execute Plan.
• HIGH energy, and an incredible desire to grow with an amazing company.
• The ability to multitask in a professional manner.
