Safety Specialist Jobs

American Elevator Group (AEG) company is a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking for experienced safety professional. This position will be based out of Rockport, Indiana.
In this critical operational role, you will be tasked with administering all EHS-related items across an operational region. This role will significantly contribute to AEG's strong commitment to develop a strong safety culture and provide a safe work environment. A major goal is to reduce preventable safety related cost while improving the performance and well-being of the workforce. Key responsibilities include training field employees on Safe 9 safety absolutes, making field audits to check actions mirror training, ensuring compliance with OSHA Rules and Regulations and assisting business units with Worker's Compensation issues that arise.
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree at 3+ years of safety experience preferably within an elevator service environment or supporting large service/construction organizations with remote employees. You should possess excellent presentation skills, a keen understanding of the Safe 9 Absolutes and have the ability to travel and be able to perform in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
