Route Merchandiser / Delivery Driver

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our Route Driving team. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K savings plan, paid vacations and holidays and paid uniforms.

Pay Range: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

This is a full-time position. The work week is Tuesday through Friday, overtime and occasional holiday and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Drive truck over established routes and deliver pre-sold products

• Check load accuracy each morning

• Unload product from truck, stock and rotate product as necessary

• Settle your route invoices daily

• Represent Green Bay Seven-Up in a friendly and professional manner

• Obey all local, state and federal rules of the road and all DOT operating procedures

Experience and Education Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Prior delivery experience preferred, DSD experience a plus

Required Skills:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License preferred, however, we will train the right candidate

• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines; no license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWD, careless or reckless driving

• Strong math skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform the physical and environmental demands of the job, including lifting up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis, using a beverage dolly to push/pull up to 300 lbs. and maneuvering a beverage dolly up or down stairs with up to 125 lbs.

• Green Bay Seven Up will train for forklift certification
