We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping family! The Room Attendant is responsible for the comfort and cleanliness of Resort guests, visitors and employees. The room attendant’s primary concern is to service every room and guest according to the Spruce Peak Quality and Performance Standards. The Room Attendant is to do whatever is necessary to guarantee that all guests who stay with us are happy, eager to return, and confident to recommend us to others.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans and straightens entire room/suite, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Maintains productivity standards in accordance with Spruce Peak standards
• Delivers and communicates guest requests
• Displays and replaces bath amenities and resort information and items
• Returns articles left in rooms to Lost and Found
• Upholds all safety standards of Spruce Peak
• Reports all maintenance concerns or problems to office coordinator
• Identifies and reports all maintenance issues
• Ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment
• Maintains guest rooms in a clean, comfortable and saleable condition
