New drivers and salespeople travel to our corporate headquarters in Puyallup, WA, for an intensive one-week training that we call Honey Bucket University (HBU). This company-paid training (including travel/food/lodging) introduces you to all aspects of our culture, standards, equipment (including trucks), and the path to success at Honey Bucket. A Day in the Life: Roll-Off Drivers are responsible for preparing, securing and the eventual transport of open top and compactor containers to various disposal sites which include landfills, transfer facilities and the various customer jobsite locations.
