Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Expertly coordinate and deliver various nursing interventions, including patient education, triage, and assessment
Provide empathetic care to patients at every stage of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and competency in delivering exceptional patient care
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
Hold a current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possess multistate licensure in Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) states
Continually acquire and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications to stay at the forefront of nursing practice
