Rn, Per Diem - Home Care

*Up to $1,000 bonus*

Summary: Provide skilled nursing services in the home environment as directed in the plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse and Physician. The Plan of Care approved by the physician.

Education: Graduate of an accredited R.N. school of nursing.

Licensure: Current RN licensure in the States of Rhode Island. RN licensure in the State of Massachusetts preferred. BLS required. Active Driver’s License.

Experience: One to two years of Medical Surgical nursing in an acute care facility. Prefer one to two years of community health experience in a certified home health care agency.
