Job Description

Description:
The Patient Navigator will integrate the various aspects of treatment and support for prostate/breast cancer patients. Serves as liaison to community physicians and oncology services to facilitate and enhance the quality of care of the patient, from the time of diagnosis through treatment & recovery.
