Job Description
Summary


Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.


Department: Critical Care Unit


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.


RequirementsMinimum Qualifications


  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required
  • National Institute of Health (NIH)
  • Eye Care
  • Dental
  • Medical
  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Acuity Adaptable Unit - RN Med/Surg will be taking care of medical/surgical overflow patients, will take an ICU or Step Down RN if willing to have a medical/surgical assignment up to a 1:5 ratio. No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (<1>
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse.
