Job Description


Registered Nurse will provide consistent high-quality care in a nursing home setting, by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care.


Duties Include


  • Administer medications and treatments and perform appropriate diagnostic tests as ordered.
  • Informed and knowledgeable of each resident's care needs and ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately.
  • Provide support to STNAs with resident care and charting.
  • Perform routine nursing care measures, including vital signs, weight and food intake monitoring, and behavior monitoring when appropriate.


Job Requirements/Qualifications


  • Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Ohio.
  • Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
  • Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.


Schedule


  • Rate of pay based on experience.
