Rn Coordinator Urgent Care

A regional leading healthcare system located in south Florida is currently searching for multiple experienced RN Coordinator Urgent Care to join their award-winning organization.
This established not-for-profit healthcare organization combines expert doctors and clinical professionals throughout a number of prized acute care hospitals, urgent care centers and outpatient locations. The RN Coordinator Urgent Care will join one of the region’s largest healthcare organizations that has proudly been named one of 2020-2021 Best Hospitals by US News and World Report and also 2020’s top 50 Companies that Care by PEOPLE Magazine.
Reporting to the Urgent Care Manager, the RN Coordinator will lead the daily operations and patient flow of the Urgent Care Center. This includes managing all staffing needs, maintaining center supplies and inventory, leading quality assurance and performance improvement projects, overseeing the fiscal budget of the center, and ensuring employee and center excellence. The RN Coordinator Urgent Care will work to build a collaborative team environment, promote patient satisfaction, and steps in to help the team however needed.
Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN licensure in state of Florida
• Minimum 2-years of prior nursing experience
