In Time Tec, a global software solutions company based in Meridian, Idaho, is hiring for a full-time RFP Response Specialist, on site, in the Boise Area. We are seeking an experienced RFP Response Specialist to join our sales and business development team.

The ideal candidate will have a technical writing background, as well as familiarity with RFPIO software and previous experience responding to RFPs for state and local government.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft compelling proposals in response to RFPs issued by state and/or local governments

- Use RFPIO software to manage and streamline the RFP response process

- Conduct research to gather information and data needed to write accurate and effective proposals

- Write and edit proposal content, ensuring that responses are clear, concise, and accurately address the requirements outlined in the RFP

- Use RFPIO to develop and maintain a library of proposal content and templates for use in future RFP responses

- Manage multiple RFP responses simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as technical writing, business, or communications

- At least 3 years of experience responding to RFPs for state and local government

- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely

- Familiarity with RFPIO software or similar RFP response management tools

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
