Job Description
Do you have the ability to see and create subtle photographic nuance? Can you make an image look like new while leaving no trace of alteration? Can you blend multiple images seamlessly?
If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you today! Our client helps businesses meet, discover products, trade and grow through major exhibitions, virtual events, online marketplaces, specialist content and data services. They're seeking a stellar Lightroom expert to handle the retouching of CR3 images taken at yearly trade show events.
You Will:
  • Retouch approximately 250 photos of people and products per trade show event
  • Follow branded style guide photography guidelines
  • Export both high-res and JPEG files of each retouched photograph
  • Handle retouching, silhouetting, and color correction of trade show photos, approximately 6 to 7 events per year
  • Take CR3 event show original image concepts and bring them to life
You Have:
  • A strong sense of color, space, light, and design
  • A strong portfolio of retouching samples
  • Expert level Lightroom software experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience digitally compositing and retouching images
  • A solid understanding of the photo compositing techniques (i.e. complex layer structures and effects)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Art, or Design (preferred)
Logistics:
  • Projected Start Date: Ad Hoc projects
  • Hours/Week: TBD, per project
  • Laptop/Program Requirements: No
  • Pay Rate: $34 - 45/hour DOE
  • Onsite/offsite: Remote (*Must be based in the US)
