Job Title: Retails Sales Associate

FLSA STATUS: Hourly

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and enthusiastic approach.
• Perform other reasonable job functions as assigned by an immediate supervisor and/or other management.
• Determine customer needs and address any related concerns.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are taken care of.
• Follow-up with customers through callbacks
• Assist with showroom upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Write and close sales.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. An associate's degree in Business Management is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION: We reward your performance, dedication, and hard work with a solid guaranteed base salary/wage all year long + commissions from 2.5% through 5.0% and incentives at 20%! Our integrity and commitment to recognizing your performance provide you with a dependable foundation for professional and personal growth. You will find that your motivation and results are well rewarded. Our awesome Backyard specialists (Sales Associates) are compensated with a base hourly rate, plus a commission on delivered sales.
