Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

*We are currently only looking for Part-time Front Desk Sales Associates for Monday, Thursday and Friday closing shifts*

• Base pay $19 - $20 per hour to start depending on experience.

Our Ask

• Comfortable greeting our clients, talking to them in person and over the phone.
• Just bring your positive energy and help us continue to build our great studio culture!
• Coexist, communicate and work with our other teammates who all bring a uniqueness to our business
• Comfortable with sales – we will train on our proven sales process to sell and sign up clients into our Wellness Program, gift card sales, upgrades and rebooking. Our sales are much easier with our clients who want to come back time and time again to get more massages.
• Help maintain our appearance, so we continue to get those 5 star reviews on how comfortable and clean our studio is.
• Creative problem solve when we don’t always have the answers
• Be able to work on computers Schedule appointments and check out clients on our computer program. Not afraid to open a spreadsheet or communicate in Slack to your teammates.
