Retail Marketing Manager Jobs

Overview

A well-funded, multi-state cannabis operator is looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Manager to help launch & manage their expansion into the Louisiana market. Someone to support the greater retail team and oversee the marketing of all brands and new products across their multiple dispensary locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and order merchandising assets for all new product launches and facilitate the involvement of the Brand, Retail, and Product Team.
• Organize and execute exciting brand engagement activities and events to build store awareness in local communities.
• Oversee all brand-enhancing efforts to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, & brand loyalty.
• Oversee all CRM
• Partner with CMO and Head of Retail.
• Travel within the state to build relationships with local markets.
• Managing collaborations & partnerships with other retailers, hospitality & tourism groups, and other community organizations.
• Develop strategies and oversee all deliverables to drive store revenue.
• Promotional Marketing, CRM and Email, Traditional Print, etc.
• Lead the creation and execution of consumer text & email content.
• Liaise between senior leadership and stores to be the marketing lead in creating and executing all in-market retail strategies & initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury retail, casino/gaming, hospitality, or Health & Wellness industry.
• A Passion for the cannabis industry.
• Digital experience and expansive PR relationships.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• 5+ years experience in a professional Retail Marketing role.
• Proven experience with Public Relations and Field/Community Marketing.
• Travel Required.
• Experience with budget management.
• Extensive knowledge of the Louisiana markets, especially the New Orleans area will be key.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Professional cannabis experience is not required but is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related preferred.
