Pay: $15.00 an hour. Shift: part-time. A Retail Associate (Image/Stocker) is a key member of the sore team who helps maintain our reputation of offering clean and well-presented stores. You take pride in the way the store looks and strive to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for our customers. You assist in other areas when needed including providing product information and promoting specials to help improve the customer experience and keep them coming back for more. What will I do as a Retail Associate (Image/Stocker)?

• May be cross trained as a Cashier.
• Properly label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Meet the physical demands of standing, lifting, bending, and pulling items.
• Provide fast and friendly service as well as accurate product information; helping to build awareness of our retail products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Greet every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness, inside and outside the store including fuel islands and pumps.
• Be at least sixteen years old.
• Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
• Clean fast-food equipment, area, and stock items as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
• Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period.
