Yellowstone Club’s Residential Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Residential Shopper for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment dates are November 15th- April 23rd.

The purpose of the Residential Shopper is to provide world-class service to members and guests through timely procurement and delivery of their shopping requests. Our Summer employment dates are June-September.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
• Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our Members at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.

Position Requirements:

• Listen and comprehend detailed requests and issues passed down from Members, guests, and management.
• MUST be 21 years of age (alcohol purchasing and transporting required).
• Drive in a safe manner for several hours per day, making stops throughout the Gallatin Canyon, Bozeman, and Big Sky.
• Maintain good communication with other internal Yellowstone Club Teams to ensure appropriate procurement and delivery of requested items.
• MUST have experience in driving and navigating winter road conditions.
• Be willing to work a flexible and sometimes inconsistent schedule. This may include unexpected late nights and significant amounts of overtime and extra work days during busy parts of the season.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
