We are working with our client Day One in seeking a Residential Operations Manager, to be based in New Gloucester. The ideal candidate should be compassionate and want to work with adolescents. This is a non-clinical role, responsible for management of staff and general operations of the residence.

• $5000 sign on bonus

Requirements of the Residential Operations Manager:

• Ability to manage a high level of access to confidential information and adhere to HIPAA and 42 CFR
• High School Diploma, GED, or HISET
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance or juvenile justice connections

Responsibilities of the Residential Operations Manager:

• Make sure all shifts are adequately staffed
• Ensure all client appointments are scheduled and attended
• Coordinates and manages all daily house activities and routines
• Maintain all supplies including food, client incentives and household items
• Provide leadership with the implementation of milieu management program with staff and clients
• Ensure all record keeping is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain communication with applicable client collaterals and guardians to ensure effective communication while client is in Residential care
• Organizes special activities when applicable including proper level of activities during school vacations
