The primary function of the Residential ICF Manager (Intermediate Care Facility/Intellectual Disabilities) is to provide support and supervision to the Team Members and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all the individuals of the residential home-- as well as assisting with oversight of daily operations of the home and ensuring regulatory compliance with ICF/ID Regulations Essential Job Functions Supervise Team Members and individuals at Jubilee House. Do so in all aspects of their job, assist in the total care of the individuals. Provide on-the-job coaching, feedback, and have ongoing, at minimum monthly, supervision for all supervised Direct Support Professionals. Act as a Leadership Role Model for Team Members at Jubilee, holding all Staff accountable and in accordance with the Peaceful Living model of belonging, encourages teamwork at every opportunity, resolves issues promptly and accordingly. Represent Peaceful Living's Belonging Model by communicating in a compassionate and respectful manner with all family members and other stakeholders. Communicates at least weekly with Jubilee Family Members and works with the Nurse to ensure that weekly updates of medical and other concerns are communicated to families. Works directly with the Assigned Nurse and meets at least weekly to ensure all follow through on medical appointments, paperwork, staff training, and anything else that is necessary to meet the medical needs of Jubilee individuals and ICF/ID Regulations. Oversee the daily operations of Jubilee--including but not limited to staffing conflicts, menu planning, grocery shopping, house meetings and resident care and support, where applicable) Responsible for staff scheduling in conjunction with the Team Lead and Scheduler, ensuring adequate staffing for the community home, maintaining the prescribed levels of supervision, and adhering to budgetary restrictions. Responsible for monitoring staff punches in MITC and addressing missed punches for Team Members immediately, then reporting to the Team Lead. Supervise and monitor the implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPP's) of the individual served, ensuring the completion and accuracy of all required documentation, including but not limited to program goals, behavior tracking, and incident reports and medication administration records (MAR's) Works directly with the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and meets at least weekly to go over goal documentation and ensures that all Team Members are documenting per Regulation and QIDP standards. Ideally, the person in this role is credentialed and handles up to 2 cases of QIDP work. Provides immediate follow-up within 2 workdays of any issues that arise out of these meetings and addresses with staff according to Peaceful Living's Progressive Disciplinary Action model when necessary. Assist in providing measurable outcome/goal ideas. Ensure implementation and documentation of outcomes/goals and all supports. Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team Process including team, IPP, ISP, Incident Review, Behavior Meetings, Emergency Team Meetings, Monthly Residential Management Meeting Ensure a safe, sanitary, and family-like environment in the community home by ensuring any physical plant concerns are quickly and correctly reported to Maintenance Department Oversee and assist the QIDP and Team Lead in planning of recreational, vocational, and community inclusion activities, chaperones group sponsored trips/social functions. Maintain the communication log and communicates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that all relevant information is shared to ensure the health and safety of everyone entrusted to our care as well as the ongoing daily operations of the living area/ home; email/report pertinent information to management. Adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Incident Management Bulletin and Peaceful Living's Incident Management (IM) Policy to ensure the timely reporting of incidents, performs "look behinds" after an incident and takes immediate corrective action, when necessary, in order to protect the health and safety of our individuals and prevent a reoccurrence. Support individuals in their spiritual life by coordinating their attendance at services and other faith activities of their choice. Participate in the Supervisor On-Call (SOC) rotation as assigned to ensure proper management oversight and ensure health and safety on all three shifts. Act as mentor and trainer for all Team Members, assisting in the onboarding and training of all new Team Members. Also assist other Lead Workers ongoing through demonstration of successful techniques to ensure job performance. Education/Experience Must possess a high school diploma/GED, preferred B.A or B.S to be credentialed as a QIDP. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the IDD Field, with 3 years of experience in Supervisory Roles, with at least 1 year of ICF experience.
