Residential Group Home Manager

Location(s): Newtown, CT and Danbury, CT

Hours: Full Time M-F, w/ some flexibility required

Pay Rate: $55,000/ yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring and training for staff in the group home setting.
• Develop, implement, review and revise service plans to ensure individuals receive identified and desired outcomes.
• Provide direction and supervision to Assistant Residential Program Manager(s) and Life Skills Instructors.
• Overall provision of services and supports for individuals with disabilities within a medical residential group home.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of prior experience working with individuals w/ developmental or intellectual disabilities with progressive levels of responsibility
• HS diploma or equivalent; AA or BA/BS degree in a related field a plus
• Previous supervisory experience
• Passion for helping others
• Valid driver's license
