Residential Designer Jobs

Our client is a growing residential design firm specializing in award-winning custom residential design. They are currently searching for a Residential Designer or Architectural Intern to work onsite in their Bluffton office.
Qualifications
Must have the following:
Good knowledge current IRC 2018 building codes Strong working knowledge of Revit The ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and construction detailing Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment. Commit to deadlines Clear, concise and effective written and verbal communicate skills essential in working with internal teams and external clients and consultants. Please provide a portfolio of your work and past experience. Be versed in residential construction knowledge- Prior work must have been built in the field within the last year
Required Experience
Minimum residential design: current 3-5 years Required education: Bachelor degree in Architecture or work experience
Responsibilities
Candidate would be responsible for problem solving and knowledge of how to prepare full construction drawings for custom residential homes/light commercial from design documents, new and remodeling projects Please provide a portfolio of your work and past experience. Be versed in residential construction knowledge- Prior work must have been built in the field within the last year
