Resident Services Manager Responsibilities:

• Assessing resident move out charges.
• Follow up documentation and parts reconciliation for all service tickets records.
• Make-ready management.
• Leasing and customer service.
• Resolving resident complaints regarding service.
• Vendor coordination and management.
• Closing out service tickets.
• Entrada lead management.
• Proactive work-order management and follow-up for resident satisfaction.
• Enforcing lease violations as outlined in the lease agreement.

Resident Services Manager Qualifications:

• Superb organizational and leadership skills.
• Take charge person that can work well with a lot of different personalities.
• Management and coordination experience necessary.
• Structured and reliable team member.
• Administratively strong.
• Good common sense, ability to foresee issues and be willing to put effort into trying to prevent them.
• Comfort level with software programs and Microsoft Office.
