Reservations Agent The Strat (Las Vegas, NV) Description
Summary: Assist guests with friendly and efficient customer service by answering incoming calls for the purpose of reserving hotel rooms, show tickets and/or restaurant reservations at multiple properties
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provides the guests with exemplary customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
  • Sell and promote the hotel amenities and services.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the current services, promotions, and events at each property.
  • Maintain full knowledge and understanding of the company and department rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Answer incoming customer calls to central reservations from outside and within the properties.
  • Perform various daily tasks such as booking, changing, or canceling reservations.

  • Vision, speech and literacy (critical)
  • Continuously standing (50% of the time)
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
  • Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguishing between shades of color, and using tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
  • Walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing and using chemical agents (less than 25% of the time)
