Role Overview


We are looking for:


  • The Research Chemist supports the Polymer Additives and Mineral Processing Businesses, as an integral partner in developing new products for sales and maintaining the ability to sell our existing products through approval of new raw materials.
  • Adaptations to meet regulations, and support for production in alternate locations and/or to new locations.


We count on you for:


  • Develop the SDS record for Hazard Communication
  • Collaborate with R&I departments, technical sales, HSE and regulatory
  • Assess the impact on impurities from manufacturing and raw material changes
  • Contribute to the technical transfer packages for manufacture of a new product, including measurement of physical properties and stability.
  • Support the development of new formulations and sampling to internal & external customers.

  • BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

  • 2-3 years of experience preferred

  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,500 to $110,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
