Research Quality Assurance Manager

• The Research Quality Assurance (RQA) Manager supports the Director of RQA in the implementation and maintenance of the Research quality system within the Research function with emphasis on procedures to ensure the rigor and integrity of all scientific research.
• The Manager of RQA will have experience in a pharmaceutical development environment with knowledge and review experience of in-vivo and in-vitro research study protocols and their subsequent reports for investigational stage products.
• The function provides Quality guidance to Research and Development personnel to assure that scientific research is conducted and the data are collected with appropriate scientific rigor and in compliance with the Policy for the Ethical Conduct of Scientific Research, other relevant company policies, guidelines, and procedures, functional research protocols, appropriate corporate guidelines and internal work practices.

Main Duties

• Support the roll out new guidance document - provide training, answer questions
• Track steps of research
• Support researchers - required standards, not regulated standards
• Ensure data is captured correctly and can be reported

• Broad understanding of Research
• Soft skills, ability to communicate constructively
• Ability to provide input on a wide range of sciences
• Excellent communication skills
