·Responsible to lead a team of researches who are responsible to carry out secondary research to identify insights & trends that add value to strategic business decisions

Analyzing an IT Services provider: Strengths/Weakness; Tactics & Positioning: Performing strategic and tactical analysis of IT services companies by leveraging 2ndary Analyst Houses/Creating Hypothesis and leveraging Win/Loss Assessment of key deals

Ability to analyze volumes of data both quantitative and qualitative to spot the trends and get insights

Continuously monitor market and provide insightful qualitative and strategic analysis through research documents

Ensure customized reports on various geography, technology and service offering to help senior management to take necessary decisions.

Develop reports covering the financial performance of companies and insights on the performance of competitor on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Executive profiling / Company profiling for various players across different verticals

Conducting analysis and monitoring the technological changes, regulatory issues, legal issues etc.

Track the latest technologies and development happening in those technologies

Identifying gaps and business opportunities into different market.

Preparing the Market Intelligence tracker on monthly basis for various companies to track their current moves and scope of business opportunity with them.

Delivering the research finding by preparing customized reports & presentations according to customer requirements.

Exhibit complete ownership of the tasks/projects assigned

Creation, maintenance of internal trackers as required for proper function of business
