The Requirements Analyst synthesizes an organization’s business processes, draws process maps, creates procedures and articulates complex problems into requirements that drive development. In this role you will build and define the requirements process for the team as well as execute the requirements analyst tasks. You will prepare for requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and various sources to create briefings and reports that can be easily consumed and understood by leaders in the organization. Using your experience with Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) you will actively ensure maintenance and updates per ongoing meetings with stakeholders. You will rely on your advanced experience planning, organizing and facilitating web-based meetings and communications with various levels of stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to complex problems while working without considerable direction. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
You Have:
- Experience organizing and facilitating web-based meetings and communications with various levels of stakeholders
- Experience using JIRA and/or CONFLUENCE
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or technical equivalent and 5 years of professional experience or a total of 13 years in lieu of education
- Experienced power user of SharePoint Online
- Experience organizing workflow development activities into releasable product increments using sprint planning, managing sprint backlogs, and burndown chart reporting
- Ability to manage complex projects to ensure they meet client expectations, analyze, synthesize, problem solve, and provide detail-oriented and high-level accurate reporting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering and consulting within Agile development teams to include the creation of User Stories and/or Epics
- Ability to provide interpersonal and consultative skills and excellent written and verbal communications
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge and experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and/or data visualization tools
- VA experience
