About the Job:

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining Arcoro’s Advanced Analytics platform and for designing, configuring, and delivering reports and data visualizations to meet our customer requirements and use cases.


The Reporting Analyst works directly with internal customer managers and support as well as directly with customers to deliver customer training, facilitate requirements gathering, and is ultimately responsible for the project management and delivery of customer specific analytics or custom report projects.


This position requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to foster and maintain positive customer and internal relationships. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, superior attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, and a desire to find creative solutions to problems are key to success.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Delivers projects within the budgeted timeline.
  • Ensures data quality and minimizes risk for all projects maintaining security and proper handling of PII and PHI
  • Develops and delivers customer training.
  • Creates an outstanding customer experience for clients and partners by maintaining the highest level of customer service in every customer or partner interaction.
  • Develops and builds reports and data visualizations for customers and internal partners.
  • Analyzes technical data requirements and drives execution of scoped requirements thoroughly from beginning of project to end with Client Sign off.
  • Maintains project documentation and key milestones, dates, and contacts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Creates and maintains analytics process documentation and training materials.
  • Provides regular status reports to Clients and Internal stakeholders.
  • Reports projects statuses, survey results, and other related metrics to the Director of Professional Services on an ongoing basis.
  • Manages key assigned customer projects utilizing project management skills and techniques.
  • Completes self-QA, ensuring that at each step, Arcoro has evaluated and completed the work for the step successfully.


Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of professional experience and or a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and operate under tight project deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, customer requirements, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • 3+ years in HCM and benefit management within a SaaS organization.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience with Technology, Health Care, Human Resources, or Benefit Administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management or relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and customers in a wide range of specialties and practices utilizing strong relationship-building and communication skills.
