Remote Wedding & Honeymoon Coordinator

We are currently seeking Remote Wedding & Honeymoon Coordinators to facilitate bookings for Concerts, Theatre, Sports Events, and other exciting engagements! In this entry-level role, you will work closely with experienced travel coordinators to plan and coordinate travel arrangements for our clients. We welcome applicants with no prior experience or degree in travel coordination, but who possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Develop and distribute travel itineraries to clients
• Participate in evaluating travel success and provide feedback to the team and clients for future improvements
• Assist in researching and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure that all aspects of travel are being coordinated effectively
• Assist in managing travel budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and reported accurately
• Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements

Requirements:

• Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours, as needed
• Strong organizational and project management skills
