Job Description
Are you an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented individual who absolutely loves traveling? We are currently in search of Remote Wedding Event Coordinators to join our team. As a coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for couples planning destination weddings and honeymoons.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct thorough research on various destinations, culinary options, and activities.
  • Make travel arrangements, prioritizing cost-effectiveness by utilizing preferred vendors.
  • Compose engaging emails to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Keep client travel documents and invoices up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to design personalized travel itineraries.


Qualifications:


  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in setting and achieving realistic goals within given timelines.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a highly desirable asset.
