Job Description
We are seeking passionate individuals with a love for travel to join our company as Remote Travel Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes, while providing exceptional tourism services and packaged tours on behalf of our suppliers. Our ultimate aim is to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty for future services.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize promotional techniques and develop promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Provide travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications, such as guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.
  • Attend seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in tourism.
  • Establish networks with tour operators.
  • Address any issues, handle complaints, and process refunds as necessary.
  • Make transportation bookings, hotel reservations, and collect payments/fees.
  • Plan and arrange transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.


Skills:


  • Ability to effectively interact, communicate, and negotiate.
  • Strong sales skills and a keen business acumen.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
