As a remote travel advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and rates for clients.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to their travel arrangements.
• Provide personalized recommendations and advice based on clients' preferences and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using desktop, laptop or phone.
• Ability to adapt to the ever-changing travel industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality roles is a plus.
• Basic understand of social media.
• High school diploma. GED or equivalent
