Job Description
We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual to join us as a Remote Theme Parks Coordinator. You will need to research and reserve theme parks tickets and accommodations as needed by your clients.


The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.


You will need to stay up to date with vendors, and suppliers to be able to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

Skills


  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated


Requirements


  • Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
  • Must be 18+
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Must have a smart phone with internet access, laptop recommended but not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
