Job Description
We are currently seeking Remote Sports Event Coordinators who specialize in booking a wide range of events, including Concerts, Theatre, Sports Events, and more!

Requirements:


  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have access to a computer and/or cell phone.


Responsibilities:


  • Be prepared to make alternative booking arrangements in case of changes before or during the trip.
  • Understand and cater to customer's specific needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans.
  • Provide clients with necessary documentation, including authorization forms, flight tickets, and theme park tickets.
  • Make reservations for travel, hotels, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons.
  • Plan and arrange comprehensive event packages, excursions, and day trips.
  • Organize and coordinate events for various clients, including businesses, sports teams, vacations, and weddings.
