Remote Proofreader Jobs

We are looking for an exceptional proofreader to join our team. If youre a spelling wizard who can easily wield the grammar hammer, you might be the person were looking for. As a proofreader, youll act as a fresh pair of eyes guarding against spelling, grammatical and layout errors. Youll perform a quality check on various agency work, from print to websites to video. Proofreading will also require an eye for design and brand consistency.

Job Duties

Review agency work for grammar, spelling, punctuation and brand standards

Diligently check all rounds of revisions to ensure creative and production teams have accurately made corrections

Establish and maintain quality standards using web skills to research questions regarding spelling, grammar or word use as applicable, both internally (e.g., number and location of occurrences of errors or word variations within documents) and externally, leading to faster turnaround times. Maintains log of all materials proofread and copy edited.
