Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, after hour, on-call administrator. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and closed Saturday - Sunday. The on call after hour candidate will be working when our office is closed. You will work from home. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Has caregiving and scheduling experience. Proficiency with excel, outlook, and internet explorer is required. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.


We are looking for someone that can work weekdays and weekends. The after hour, on-call person will assist with handling of urgent issues while office is closed. Schedule will be discussed in more detail during interview.


Responsibilities May Include However Not Limited To


  • Create excel spreadsheet noting all issues during on-call. Send that sheet daily at the start of business Monday – Friday.
  • Manage phone calls after hours.
  • Assist caregivers with clocking in/out
  • Triage what is urgent
  • Help with scheduling


Qualifications


  • Experience as an office administrator a plus
  • Caregiving experience a plus
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and prioritization of tasks
