Job Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the tours and hospitality industry and gain exposure to the planning and execution of large scale events. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, superb social media marketing, great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and is self-motivated. This is a unique opportunity to work from home!


As a Coordinator you will:


  • Assist with developing travel itineraries including group transportation, hotel, and venue arrangements
  • Conduct customer outreach through email and social media – solicit interest, customer intake, schedule intro calls for agents
  • No experience required
  • Keep track and maintain customer records
  • Manage calendar and brief travel agent for client calls
  • Maintain detailed client notes
