Remote Marketing Coordinator Ii

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator II for a very important client.

This individual will work with various marketing teams to provide support to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards, and distributes global marketing materials for international use. Project management is key for this role to manage project plans, status reporting, resolve issues, identify project risks and accountabilities for deliverables across multiple organizations.

Top 3 tasks in scope for the role:

1. Work with various marketing teams to support the upload of marketing materials into a regulated system. (Preferably Veeva or Zinc)

2. Manage que of incoming marketing project requests for uploads

3. Provide project or program support to marketing team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Years’ Experience Required: Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Pay Rate: $26.58-32.27 per hour
