Job Description
We’re looking for hard working, compassionate remote sales reps to join our team in insurance sales.

A high activity, self driven role, the successful candidate will be committed to calling and connecting with clients, setting 15-20 appointments per week, attending all weekly conference calls and training, and most importantly being coachable. If not licensed, willingness to obtain license within a 2 week time frame from hire is essential. Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit, unreasonable optimism and a desire to succeed.

The average income of a new agent who does the work is $50,000 - $150,000 per year commission pay, with opportunities for bonuses, exclusive trips, life and health insurance coverage, and unlimited growth. Responsibilities:


  • Weekly study and learning on the job to learn and understand the business
  • Following up with applications and clients post sale
  • Attending all weekly conference calls and trainings
  • Field underwriting to qualify clients
  • Calling clients to make appointments
  • Commitment to personal growth
  • Attending boot camps and national conferences (involves some travel)
  • Interviewing and coaching new agents if choosing to build an agency
  • Working with clients in appointments to meet their needs


Qualifications:


  • Life insurance license OR willingness to obtain a license within 2 weeks
  • Strong work ethic
  • Superior communication skills
  • Sales experience helpful but not required
  • Self-driven, hard worker a must – you will be your own boss.
  • Coaching and/or teaching skills extremely helpful
  • Computer literate
  • US residents only


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Insurance experience
  • Experience running and/or owning a business
