Remote Financial Management Analyst (Swift And Sap)

Rate: $65/hr on w2.

Description:

• Their greatest value is in preparing for the new system launch and its successful implementation.
• They ensure completeness and accuracy of the schedules and supporting documentation, setting up correct codes and mappings.
• Financial senior analysts own the processes for preparing schedules for the intra-company billings in the new financial system.
• The primary objective of this role is supporting transition of the business unit to a new ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Transition existing intra-company billing schedules to new templates
• Assist with managing MF inquiries via email box.
• Create supporting documentation for each intra-company billing schedule, including creation of PDF files.
• Senior analysts are responsible for preparing billing schedules and supporting documentation for the new financial system launch.
• Ensure accuracy of mappings between codes
• Communicate to Member Firms their invoices and supporting documentation.

Required Skills:

• Persistence in processing large volumes of information
• Attention to detail, meticulous approach to validations of coding and mapping.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience in understanding of accounting principles.
• Diverse experience in financial reporting and analysis with advanced skills in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT Financial management methodologies and disciplines
• Major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management
• Experience with SWIFT, S4, SAP ERP and other SAP tools
