• Develop comprehensive event proposals, including budget estimates, timelines, and creative concepts.
• Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation and travel.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our event offerings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
• Anticipate and address any challenges that may arise during the planning and execution phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including vendors, designers, and technicians, to bring events to life.
• Monitor and control event budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to foster successful collaborations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Experience in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience as an Event Manager or related role,
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
