Our Remote Coordinators play a crucial role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for many activities and events such as concerts, sporting events, theatre performances, theme parks, as well as excursions. As a planner, you will be responsible for crafting compelling emails, researching and recommending destinations, coordinating with suppliers, managing client travel documents, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Make travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and ground transportation, prioritizing cost-effectiveness by utilizing preferred vendors
• Maintain up-to-date client travel documents and invoices
• Conduct thorough research on various destinations, culinary options, and activities
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange personalized travel itineraries
• Assist in composing engaging emails to communicate with clients

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:

• Proficient in setting goals and establishing realistic timelines to achieve them
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• A deep enthusiasm for travel and exploring new destinations
• Fluency in multiple languages is a highly desirable asset
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
