We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist Advisor to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead the enterprise reports requirements gathering and rationalization exercise for our blues insurance company. The Technical Business Analyst will work with multiple departments to identify and document requirements for enterprise reporting needs, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL to be able to perform data mapping and should have exposure to at least one of the Business Intelligence platforms like PowerBI or Tableau. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and executive presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise reports requirements gathering and rationalization exercise by working with multiple departments of the company.

Identify and document business requirements for enterprise reporting needs, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting needs with business objectives.

Collaborate with data architects and developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data for reporting needs.

Perform data mapping and analysis using SQL to identify reporting needs and provide recommendations for data quality improvements.

Conduct user training and provide support for reports developed.

Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and tools to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior executives, ensuring that reporting needs and timelines are clearly communicated and understood.
