Job Description
Panum is seeking an experienced Travel and Conference Coordinator to join an existing contract. The selected individual must have a minimum of two (2) years of travel-related experience and one (1) year of experience planning conferences.


Qualifications

  • Amending travel authorizations.
  • Helping to devise forms, worksheets, resource documents.
  • Assisting employees with travel arrangements for house hunting and enroute travel.
  • Sending initial relocation guidance/policy, FAQs, forms to personnel for completion.
  • Providing additional support for relocation matters, as necessary.
  • Creating travel vouchers.
  • Creating and maintaining relocation files for relocating personnel.
  • Creating travel authorizations.
  • Obtaining GBLs (Government Bill of Lading) to initiate shipment of household goods.
  • Collecting incoming forms, receipts, and supporting documentation from employee to assist with devising of travel vouchers.
  • Responsible for creating obligation/de-obligation transactions in relocation/travel systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of travel-related experience
  • Must be familiar with MS Office products
